BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Reid Rubinstein & Bogatz, Mr. Levine was compliance counsel for Las Vegas Sands Corp., a Fortune 500 global gaming company, where he focused on gaming, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and sanctions related matters. As compliance counsel, Mr. Levine participated in enhancing the company’s compliance program, including its internal controls and policies and procedures. Mr. Levine also worked extensively with various regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
Mr. Levine graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2015 with an LL.M. and J.D. degree, where he served as an executive editor of the San Diego International Law Review.
PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Levine was a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel – Nevada Chapter, where he most recently held the position of Vice President.
Mr. Levine is currently the Health and Wellness co-chair for the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
BAR AND COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Levine is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada.
Mr. Levine is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Arizona.
