BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Mr. Kelley has practiced in the Las Vegas area for over 15 years. Mr. Kelley has extensive commercial litigation experience, both in state and federal courts, as well as appellate work begore the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kelley has experience with arbitration, mediations, bench and jury trials. Mr. Kelley has obtained favorable results for his client in all stages of a dispute. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kelley worked at a law firm where he represented lenders and mortgage services.
BAR AND COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Kelley is a member of the Nevada and Utah bars and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada and Utah.
